How to Reserve Equipment

You’re welcome to browse our equipment and add items to your cart to estimate costs. Final reservations and payments are completed in person.
Please note: a $100 minimum applies to all rentals.

Pickup & Return Information

All equipment pickups and returns are by appointment only and take place at:

AV Mankato
1616 N Broad Street, Mankato
(Please arrive at the brown garage door)

What to expect:

• Bring a valid photo ID

• Bring a credit or debit card to keep on file

• Please allow approximately 30 minutes for pickup

Training & Setup Walkthrough

The individual responsible for running the equipment at your event must be present at pickup. Our staff will walk them through proper setup and operation to ensure success on event day.
